Crime scene photos from the Black Dahlia murder, 15 January 1947.
that murder victim was totally asking for it, walking around with their vital organs all vulnerable
The case of Evelyn Dick remains one of the most talked-about events in Canadian crime history. Born in Beamsville, Ont., police arrested her after local children found the torso of her estranged husband. Acquitted of that murder, she was re-arrested after the partly mummified body of a baby boy was found in her attic. Sentenced to 11 years, she disappeared from public life after her release in 1958.
